Order Processing Time

Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process and ship your order (excluding weekends) and may be subject to COVID related shipping delays.

All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, once processed, are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. This service provides email delivery confirmation for all our orders.

 

The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. If you happen to catch that you entered the wrong mailing address, you can email us at info@assylabotanicals.com with the correct shipping address within 5 hours of purchase.

Lost or Stolen packages

Assyla Botanicals, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for the order.

Backordered Items

Your backordered item will ship within the timeframe noted in the description of the product. Once your backordered item has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information. If you order includes a backordered item, we will wait to send your shipment until the backordered item is in stock. If you would like to get your stock items sooner, please email us at info@assylabotanicals.com.

Warm Weather Advisory

Simply Beau’tFul body butters are designed to melt on contact skin and have a melting point that is similar to your body temperature (-98 degree F/37 degree C). During the summer or in hot climates, it is possible our body butters will melt or soften will in transit. We do not ship with installation or freezer pack materials. If melting does occur, we recommend popping the product into the fridge to solidify - in most cases, it will still be usable and provide highly concentrated nourishment.
