In 2002, I was diagnosed with Lupus—a battle that not only tested my health but also my confidence as I watched my hair slowly thin over time. By 2008, the reality hit hard when my braider struggled to grip the hair at the crown of my head, warning me that micro-braids might no longer be an option. That moment sparked my determination to find a natural solution to stop the breakage and restore my hair’s strength.

After years of research, trial, and persistence, I began crafting my own hair elixirs in 2010. What started as a personal journey quickly turned into a shared experience—my co-workers noticed the difference and wanted to try my formulas too. Some became my testers, while others believed in my products enough to buy them.

As life and health challenges came and went, my passion for creating natural hair solutions never faded. Every time I returned to formulating, my testers eagerly joined me, and I continued refining what would become Garden of Love Hair Serum—a product born from resilience, research, and real results.
